At The Lightning Bug Events, your satisfaction matters. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for products purchased from our online décor shop.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To start a return, email support@lightningbug.online with your order number and reason.
Non-Returnable Items
Customised or personalised items (such as printed backdrops, banners, and signage) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Used or assembled décor items are also non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
