Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel orders and event bookings with The Lightning Bug Events.

Product Order Cancellations

You may cancel a product order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Refund & Return Policy. Customised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Event & Service Cancellations

Event management and celebrity-booking services may be cancelled per the terms of your service agreement. Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the notice period and costs already incurred. Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order or booking, email support@lightningbug.online with your order or booking reference as early as possible. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
